Everyone needs that perfect summer GO TO LOOK!
I love pairing a simple dress and a pair of cute chic heels to compliment the look.
This flouncy dress is an old clothing article of mine but I always pair it with a kimono to spice it up a bit.
I’m here to propose five summer tips on how to stay FINE and FIT this summer.
1. Hydrate Daily, ladies load up on the water at least 64 ounces a day.
2. Wash your face twice a day with a little soap and baking soda to cleanse your pores from the sweat.
3. Fruits and Veggies. You want to stay light on the pounds in the summer and it’s healthier for your body needs the right nutrients.
4. Exercise daily. If it’s only for 30 minutes a day get that workout in, don’t let your body go to waste.
5. Deep Condition your hair. The heat and sun will strip your hair of moisture so it’s very important to replace moisture.
